Offering Period

Offering Period. The periods established in accordance with Section 6 during which rights to purchase Shares may be granted pursuant to the Plan and Shares may be purchased on one or more Purchase Dates. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Sections 6 and 17.

Offering Period. A period of twenty-four (24) months --------------- commencing on February 1 and August 1 of each year, except for the first Offering Period as set forth in Section 4(a).

Offering Period. The six-month period beginning on each January 1 and ending each June 30 and the six-month period beginning on each July 1 and ending on each December 31. Notwithstanding the above, the first Offering Period shall begin on the IPO Date and end on June 30, 2004.

Offering Period. Means any of the periods, generally of six (6) months duration, as set forth in Section 4.

Offering Period. Means, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4(b) or 4(c), (i) with respect to the first Offering Period, the period beginning on the First Offering Date and ending on December 31, 2005, and (ii) with respect to each Offering Period 2 thereafter, the period beginning on the January 1 immediately following the end of the previous Offering Period and ending on the December 31 which is 24 months thereafter.

Offering Period. Shall mean a period of six months commencing on January 1 and July 1 of each calendar year other than the Initial Offering Period as set forth in paragraph 4.

Offering Period. Shall mean (i) the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the last Trading Day on or before the June 1 or December 1 following the Effective Date that is at least eighteen (18) months but not more than twenty-four (24) months following the Effective Date, and (ii) subject to Section 24, each twenty-four (24) month period commencing on any December 1 or June 1 thereafter following the termination of the preceding Offering Period and terminating on the last Trading Day in the... periods ending twenty-four (24) months later. Offering Period. Means a period of such duration as determined by the Committee; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the duration of the Offering Period shall not exceed (i) 27 months, where the Purchase Price is set by reference, in whole or in part, to the Market Value on the Offering Date, or (ii) 5 years, where the Purchase Price is set solely by reference to the Market Value on the Purchase Date. Offering Period.
