Offering Period

Offering Period. Shall mean the period of approximately twenty-four (24) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised

Offering Period. The period set by the Committee, from time to time, during which an option granted hereunder is outstanding, but in no event shall the term of any Offering Period exceed the limits described in Section 423(b)(7) of the Code. The duration of Offering Periods need not be identical

For purposes of this Plan, the Committee may designate separate Offering Periods under the Plan (the terms of which need not be identical) in which Employees of one or more of the Company or any Participating Subsidiaries may participate, even if the dates of the applicable Offering Periods are identical

Offering Period. Subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4(b), (i) with respect to the first Offering Period, the period beginning on the First Offering Date and ending on June 30, 2007, and (ii) with respect to each Offering Period thereafter, the period beginning on the first Trading Day after each Exercise Date, and terminating on the immediately following Exercise Date
