Offering Period

Offering Period. Shall mean the period of approximately twenty-four (24) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after February 1 and August 1 of each year and terminating on the last Trading Day in the periods ending twenty-four (24) months later. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

Offering Period. Means the period determined by the Committee pursuant to Section 8 during which payroll deductions or other cash payments are accumulated for the purpose of purchasing Common Stock under the Plan.

Offering Period. Shall mean subject to Section 24, each twenty-four (24) month period commencing on any December 1 or June 1 and terminating on the last Trading Day in the periods ending twenty-four (24) months later, except for the first Offering Period under the Plan, which shall commence on the Effective Date and end on November 30, 2005. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

Offering Period. Shall mean each quarterly period commencing March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 of each year (or at such other time or times as may be determined by the Board of Directors in accordance with Paragraph 4)

Offering Period. A period of six (6) months commencing on January 1 and July 1 of each year, except for the first Offering Period as set forth in Section 4(a)

Offering Period. A period of approximately three (3) months generally commencing on February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 of each year and generally ending on the following April 30, July 31, October 31 and January 31, respectively, except as further described in Section 4.

Offering Period. The term "Offering Period" shall mean the 12-month period beginning with the first day of each Plan Year, except that for eligible employees hired after the first day of any Plan Year and on or prior to January 1st, the initial "Offering Period" shall mean the period beginning with the first day of the month in which benefits are otherwise effective following their commencement of employment with the Corporation or an Employer and ending on the immediately following July 31st.

Offering Period. Every six-month period beginning each January 1st and July 1st or such other period designated by the Committee; provided that in no event shall an Offering Period exceed 27 months, with the commencement of the first Offering Period to be determined by the Committee.
