Offering Period

Offering Period. A period of approximately six (6) months' duration, beginning on an Offering Commencement Date and ending, subject to Section 9.6, on the last business day of the sixth calendar month ending after such date, during which Options are granted and outstanding under the Plan pursuant to a determination by the Committee under Section 4. Offering Period. A period of up to twenty-seven (27) calendar months commencing on the Enrollment Date during which an Offering is made. The length of an Offering Period with respect to a particular Offering under the Plan shall be determined by the Committee in its discretion

Offering Period. Each twelve (12) month period commencing on any December 1 or June 1 and terminating on the last Trading Day in the periods ending twelve (12) months later, except for the first Offering Period under the Plan, which shall commence on the Effective Date and end on May 31, 2006. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan
