Example Definitions of "Offering Period"
Offering Period. Means a period of three (3) months commencing on the first trading day of each calendar quarter. The first Offering Period for the Plan shall be established by the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, provided that it will be no earlier than the Effective Date of the Plan.
Offering Period. Means the calendar quarter commencing April 1, 2000, and each calendar quarter thereafter; provided, however, that the Committee shall have the power to change the duration of Offering Periods and the commencement dates thereof from time to time.
Offering Period. A period of approximately twenty-four (24) months and not exceeding twenty-seven (27) months, except for the first Offering Period as set forth in Section 4(a). The duration and timing of the Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan.
