Offering Period

Offering Period. Means a period of three (3) months commencing on the first trading day of each calendar quarter. The first Offering Period for the Plan shall be established by the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, provided that it will be no earlier than the Effective Date of the Plan.

Offering Period. Means the calendar quarter commencing April 1, 2000, and each calendar quarter thereafter; provided, however, that the Committee shall have the power to change the duration of Offering Periods and the commencement dates thereof from time to time.

Offering Period. Shall mean and refer to a period of time established in advance by the Committee or its appropriate delegate in its sole discretion, during which installment payments shall be made to purchase Shares pursuant to an offering made under this Plan.

Offering Period. Offering Period. Options shall be granted on the Date of Grant and exercised on the Date of Exercise, as provided in Sections 3(a) and 4(a), respectively.

Offering Period. Shall mean each six-month period commencing on any March 1 and September 1 on or after September 1, 2001; provided, however, that the first Offering Period under the Plan shall commence on June 1, 2001 and end on August 31, 2001.
