Example Definitions of "Offering Period"
Offering Period. Shall mean a period of twenty-four (24) months --------------- consisting of four six-month Exercise Periods, or as otherwise set forth in Section 4 hereof.
Offering Period. Offering Period. Means a period of twenty-four (24) months commencing on April 1, July 1, October 1 and January 1 of each year, except for the first Offering Period as set forth in Section 4(a).
Offering Period. A period of up to twenty-seven (27) months as set forth in Section 4(a) of the Plan. The duration and timing of the Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4(a), Section 20 and Section 21 of the Plan.
Offering Period. Means a period, established by the Committee in accordance with Section 7, during which an offering of Common Stock pursuant to the Plan is outstanding.
