Example Definitions of "Offering Period"
Offering Period. Shall mean, effective September 1, 2004, each six-month period commencing on any January 1 and July 1; provided, however, that there shall be an Offering Period under the Plan commencing on September 1, 2004 and ending on the last trading day on or before December 31, 2004. Options shall be granted on the Date of Grant and exercised on the Date of Exercise, as provided in Sections 3(a) and 4(a), respectively.
Offering Period. Shall mean each six-month period commencing on any March 1 and September 1 on or after May 30, 2003; provided, however, that the first Offering Period under the Plan shall commence on June 20, 2003 and end on the last trading day on or before September 1, 2003. Options shall be granted on the Date of Grant and exercised on the Date of Exercise, as provided in Sections 3(a) and 4(a), respectively.
Offering Period. Shall mean a period of six months commencing on each of January 1 and July 1 of each year, or such other period of time established in advance by the Committee or its appropriate delegate, during which installment payments shall be credited to each Participant's ESPP 3 Balance for the purchase of Common Shares pursuant to an offering made under this Plan. Offering Period. Means each three-month period beginning on March 16 and ending on June 15, or beginning on June 16 and ending on September 15, or beginning on September 16 and ending on December 15, or beginning on December 16 and ending on March 15.

Offering Period. Shall mean, subject to the second sentence of Section 4 hereof, a period of six months, commencing on the first Trading Day coincident with or immediately after June 1 and December 1, of each year and terminating on the last Trading Day in the period ending on or immediately prior to the following November 30 and May 31, respectively.
