Example Definitions of "Offering Period"
Offering Period. (s) " Offering Period " means, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4, (i) with respect to the first Offering Period, the period beginning on the First Offering Date and ending on November 15, which is 22 1/2 months thereafter, and (ii) with respect to each Offering Period thereafter, the period beginning on May 16 or November 16, as applicable, immediately following the end of the previous Offering Period and ending on May 15 or November 15, as applicable, which is 24 months thereafter.
Offering Period. A period of time with respect to which options are granted under the Plan, the time and duration of which shall be established by the Committee in accordance with Section 6
