Example Definitions of "Offering Period"
Offering Period. Shall mean a twelve (12) month period with respect to which the right to purchase Shares may be granted under the Plan, as determined pursuant to Section 5, or such other period as determined by the Administer pursuant to Section 5.
Offering Period. Shall mean, a period of no more than twenty-seven (27) months designated by the Board during which an eligible Employee shall be given the opportunity to purchase Shares in accordance with the terms of this Plan through accumulated payroll deductions. Offering Period. Shall mean each period of twelve (12) months commencing on December 1 and terminating on the last Trading Day on or before the next occurring November 30, except for the first Offering Period under the Plan, which shall commence on the Effective Date and end on November 30, 2007. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan, but in no event may an Offering Period have a duration in excess of twenty-seven (27) months.
Offering Period. Means, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4(b), (i) with respect to the first Offering Period, the period beginning on the First Offering Date and ending on June 30, 2005, and (ii) with respect to each Offering Period thereafter, the period beginning on the first Trading Day after each Exercise Date and terminating on the immediately following Exercise Date.
Offering Period. The time period commencing on the Offering Date and ending on the Termination Date.

Means a period, established for purposes of Article II of the Plan, of six (6) months' duration except for Offering Periods which are of shorter duration as a result of a Participant's applicable Offering Date with respect to such Offering Period being an interim Offering Date as provided in Article I, Section (r) or with respect to the first Offering Period under the Plan.
