Offering Period
Offering Period. Any period, including the Initial Offering Period, with respect to which a Purchase Right may be granted; provided that in no event shall an Offering Period be greater than 27 months. Following commencement of the Initial Offering Period, a new Offering Period shall begin. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Committee shall have the power to change the frequency and duration of the Offering Periods with respect to any Offering as it deems appropriate from time to time.
