Offering Period

Offering Period. Shall mean, with respect to any offering of Common Stock hereunder, the period specified by the Board (which shall normally consist of three (3) calendar months) during which such offering is effective and outstanding, generally commencing on the first day of each calendar quarter of each year and terminating on the last day in that calendar quarter; provided, however, that the first Offering Period under the Plan shall commence on July 1, 2004. Offering Period. Shall mean a period of six (6) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, or different period as determined by the Board, provided no Offering Period exceeds twenty-seven (27) months.
