Offering Period

Offering Period. Each six-month period that begins and ends on the business days that coincide with January 1 through June 30, or July 1 through December 31, or such other period or periods as the Committee may establish. Offering Period. Shall mean, unless otherwise determined by the Plan Administrator, each fiscal quarter of the Company. The Plan Administrator shall have the authority to establish additional Offering Periods, a different duration for one or more Offering Periods, and/or different commencement dates for any Offering Periods, provided that no Offering Period shall have a duration exceeding five years.

Offering Period. Shall mean a period of approximately twelve (12) months at the end of which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31. The duration of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan

Offering Period. The period extending from an Offering Commencement Date through the immediately following Offering Termination Date. Each Offering Period will be a six month period during which Payroll Deductions will be made and held for the purchase of Shares at the end of the Offering Period. The Board or the Committee may, at its discretion, choose a different Offering Period of not more than twelve (12) months for Offerings.

Offering Period. The approximately six-month period beginning on February 1 and ending on the last trading day of July or beginning August 1 and ending on the last trading day of January. The first Offering Period began on February 1, 1998.
