Example Definitions of "Offering Period"
Offering Period. The period of approximately twenty-four (24) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised (i) commencing on the first Trading Day on or after May 16 and November 16 of each year and (ii) terminating on the first Trading Day on or after May 16 and November 16, approximately twenty-four (24) months later. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Sections 4 and 20
Offering Period. Means the period of approximately six (6) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised (i) commencing on the first Trading Day on or after May 16 and November 16 of each year and (ii) terminating on the first Trading Day on or after November 16 and May 16, approximately six (6) months later; provided, however, that the first Offering Period under the Plan will commence with the first Trading Day on or after the date on which the Securities and Exchange Commission... declares the Company's Registration Statement effective and will end on the first Trading Day on or after November 16, 2012, and provided, further, that the second Offering Period under the Plan will commence on the first Trading Day on or after November 16, 2012. Offering Period. A period of time defined by the Board or the Committee during which a Participant's Contributions are accumulated for the purpose of purchasing shares of the Company's Common Stock. The maximum offering period under the Plan is 27 months
