Offering Period

Offering Period. Shall mean, in the absence of a specific determination to the contrary by the Board of Directors or the Committee, a period of twenty-four (24) months beginning on January 1 and July 1 of each year consisting of four (4) six-month Exercise Periods during which options granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised.

Offering Period. The period designated by the Administrator with respect to which Participants will be granted Purchase Rights. Until such time as the Administrator specifies otherwise, Offering Period will mean the approximately six-month period beginning on the first trading day in November and ending on the last trading day of April or beginning on the first trading day in May and ending on the last trading day of October.

Offering Period. A period of approximately eighteen (18) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after December 31 and June 30 of each year and terminating on the Offering Period commencement date approximately eighteen months later

Offering Period. Subject to Section 22, a period of approximately twenty-four (24) months that commences on the first Trading Day in March or the first Trading Day in September of each year and that terminates approximately twenty-four (24) months later on the last Trading Day in February or August, as applicable

Offering Period. A period of approximately six (6) months commencing on or about February 1 and August 1 of each year (or at such other time or times as may be determined by the Board of Directors)

Offering Period. (s) " Offering Period " means, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4, (i) with respect to the first Offering Period, the period beginning on the First Offering Date and ending on November 15, which is 22 1/2 months thereafter, and (ii) with respect to each Offering Period thereafter, the period beginning on May 16 or November 16, as applicable, immediately following the end of the previous Offering Period and ending on May 15 or November 15, as applicable, which is 24 months thereafter.

Offering Period. A period of time with respect to which options are granted under the Plan, the time and duration of which shall be established by the Committee in accordance with Section 6
