Option

Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means an option to acquire Common Units granted pursuant ------ to this Agreement.
Option. Means any option to purchase Common Shares under this Plan, all of which options shall be non-qualified stock options under the Code.
Option. Means an Incentive Stock Option or a Non-Qualified Stock Option awarded to a Participant pursuant to Section 5(a) hereof.
Option. Shall mean the option to purchase Common Stock granted to any Participant under the Plan. Each Option granted hereunder shall be a Non-Qualified Stock Option and shall be identified as such in the Stock Option Grant Agreement by which it is evidenced.
Option. Means a right, granted to a Participant under Section 6(b), to purchase Stock. No Options will qualify as incentive stock options within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Option. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Option Agreement, dated as of October 24, 2001, among CGI, N-Mer, Inc. and Affymetrix.
Option. Shall have the meaning indicated in paragraph 2 hereof.
Option. Means any option granted under the Restated 1991 Plan.
Option. Means the right to purchase Stock of the Company at the Grant Price for a specified duration. For purposes of this Plan, an Option may be either (i) an "Incentive Stock Option" within the meaning of Section 422A of the Code or (ii) a "Nonstatutory Option."
Option. As used in the Plan refers to both Incentive Stock Options and Non-Qualified Stock Options.
