Option

Option. A right to purchase shares of Common Stock granted to an Eligible Director pursuant to Section 5 of the Plan. An Option does not qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

Option. Shall mean the Option to Purchase, dated as of May 6, 1998, among Nii-Jii, Dairyland Greyhound Park, Inc., Dairyland Marketing Services, Inc. and Rime Management Group, Inc., as amended by the First Amendment to Option to Purchase, dated December 5, 2000. 3

Option. Means an Incentive Stock Option or Non- incentive Stock Option granted pursuant to this Plan.

Option. Shall mean the common stock purchase option of the Company granted to the Purchaser under Section 1.2 the Purchase Agreement.

Option. Means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan. Options granted under the Plan may be Incentive Stock Options or Nonstatutory Stock Options.

Option. Shall mean any option granted pursuant to the plan.

Option. Shall mean a non-qualified stock option that is granted in accordance with the terms of Section 4.

Option. Shall mean a stock option granted under Article IV of the Plan. An Option granted under the Plan shall, as determined by the Administrator, be either a Non-Qualified Stock Option or an Incentive Stock Option; provided, however, that Options granted to Consultants shall be Non-Qualified Stock Options.

Option. Means an option to purchase Common Stock granted under this Plan. The Committee will designate any Option granted to an employee of the Corporation or a Subsidiary as a Nonqualified Stock Option or an Incentive Stock Option.

Option. Means any option to purchase Wilmington Trust stock the Committee grants to a Participant under Section 5.
