Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Shall mean an option to purchase Shares granted pursuant to this Plan. Options granted under this Plan are not intended to be "incentive stock options" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Option. To purchase all or any of _____ shares of Common Stock (the "Option Shares") at a purchase price of $____ per share (the "Exercise Price"), payable upon exercise of the Option as set forth in Section 4 below.
