Option

Option. The Company and each Securityholder hereby grant to Netro an exclusive right, at any time during the Option Period, to purchase all, but not less than all, of the outstanding capital stock and assume all, but not less than all, of the outstanding rights, including unvested rights, to purchase capital stock of the Company (other than Securities held by Netro and options to purchase the Company's capital stock held by employees of the Company pursuant to stock plans or other compensatory... agreements approved by the Company's Board of Directors), on the terms set forth herein (the "Option"). Option. The stock option granted by the Company to the Investor on July 18, 2000 for 1,000,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock.

Option. Means an option to purchase one or more Shares of the Company pursuant to the Plan and the Appendix.

Option. Shall mean a non-statutory stock option to purchase the Common Stock of the Company granted to an Optionee pursuant to the Plan. Options to be granted pursuant to the Plan are intended to be "non-statutory stock options" and are not intended to be "incentive stock options" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code, or to otherwise qualify for any special tax benefits to the Optionee.
