Option

Option. Means an option to purchase shares of COMMON STOCK granted under the STOCK OPTION PLAN.

Option. Shall mean a right granted to a Participant to acquire shares of Common Stock of the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

Option. Means a right, granted to an Optionee under Section 6, to purchase shares of Stock. An Option may be either an Incentive Stock Option or a Non-Qualified Stock Option provided that Incentive Stock Options may be granted only to employees of the Company or a Subsidiary. -2- 3

Option. Means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock. 3 4 2.16 "Option" means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock.

Option. Shall mean an option to purchase shares of Common Stock awarded under the Plan.

Option. Means any Nonstatutory Stock Option or Incentive Stock Option granted under Section 3 of the Plan.

Option. Shall mean the right, granted hereunder, to purchase shares of Common Stock. Options granted by the Committee pursuant to the Plan shall be Nonqualified Stock Options.

Option. Means an option to purchase one or more shares of the Company's Stock.

Option. Means an irrevocable option to purchase shares of Common Stock under the Plan, pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof.

Option. Shall mean an option to purchase Shares granted pursuant to the Plan. Options granted under the Plan are not"incentive stock options" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code. 2
