Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means an option to purchase shares of COMMON STOCK granted under the STOCK OPTION PLAN.
Option. Shall mean a right granted to a Participant to acquire shares of Common Stock of the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
Option. Means a right, granted to an Optionee under Section 6, to purchase shares of Stock. An Option may be either an Incentive Stock Option or a Non-Qualified Stock Option provided that Incentive Stock Options may be granted only to employees of the Company or a Subsidiary. -2- 3
