Option

Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Shall mean a stock option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted under the Plan and shall be "non-qualified" for purposes of Section 421 or 422 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Option. Shall mean any ISO or Non-Qualified Option granted to an Employee pursuant to the Plan.
Option. An option to purchase Common Stock which meets the requirements set forth in the Plan. Such Options shall not constitute "incentive stock options" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

Option. Means an option granted by the Company to an Employee for any reason connected with his employment to purchase Shares of Common Stock of the Company.
