Performance Unit

Performance Unit. A contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 11 hereof representing a notional dollar interest as determined by the Committee to be paid and distributed at such times, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement

Performance Unit. A right granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to Section 9 of the Plan to receive an amount of cash, shares of Common Stock, or a combination of both, contingent upon achievement of Performance Criteria or other objectives during a specified period

Performance Unit. A Performance Unit issued under Article XI of the Plan that is subject to the Forfeiture Restrictions.

Performance Unit. A right to receive a payment equal to the value of a performance unit granted as determined by the Committee based upon performance and pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan

Performance Unit. A right granted under the Plan to receive, in cash and/or Shares as determined by the Committee, future payments based on the achievement of pre-established performance objectives during a specified performance period

Performance Unit. Any Award granted under Section 5 which becomes vested and nonforfeitable upon the attainment, in whole or in part, of performance objectives determined by the Committee

Performance Unit. Any grant pursuant to Section 9 hereof of a right to receive the value of property other than a Share, or a portion or multiple thereof, which value may be paid to the Participant by delivery of such property as the Committee or Board shall determine, including, without limitation, cash, Shares, or any combination thereof, upon achievement of such Performance Goals during the Performance Period as the Committee or the Board shall establish at the time of such grant or thereafter

Performance Unit. A unit awarded pursuant to Section 8 of the Plan that is equivalent to $1.00 or such other value as is determined by the Board.

Performance Unit. A bookkeeping entry award granted pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan that records a unit equivalent to $1.00 or such other value as is determined by the Committee, and may be payable in cash, Common Stock or a combination thereof

Performance Unit. An Award granted pursuant to Section 10 or Section 12 of the Plan, consisting of a unit valued by reference to a designated amount of property other than Shares, which value may be paid to the Participant by delivery of such property as the Committee shall determine, including, without limitation, cash, Shares, other property, or any combination thereof, upon the attainment of performance goals, as established by the Committee, and other terms and conditions specified by the Committee.
