Permanent Disability

Permanent Disability. Permanent Disability. Shall mean a disability within the meaning of the long-term disability plan of the Company which covers the Executive immediately prior to the Change in Control.

Permanent Disability. Executive's inability to substantially perform his duties and responsibilities hereunder by reason of any physical or mental incapacity for a period of 180 consecutive days, or two or more periods of 90 consecutive days each in any 360-day period

Permanent Disability. That you are unable to perform the essential functions of your position, even with reasonable accommodation, for a period of at least 120 days within a 12 month period because of a physical or mental impairment.
