Permanent Disability
Permanent Disability. Shall mean the inability of Executive to perform the services contemplated by Section 4 hereof for a period of at least one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days or for thirty-five (35) weeks (whether or not consecutive) in anytwelve (12) month period on account of any sickness, injury or other infirmity or disability.
