Property

Property. Means any real property owned or leased by the Company or any Affiliate or Subsidiary of the Company. 4 "Purchaser" or "Purchasers" has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

Property. Means all assets owned by the Partnership or any single asset owned by the 9 'Confidential Treatment Requested' Partnership.
