Example Definitions of "Qualifying Termination"
Qualifying Termination. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term under the Severance Plan.
Qualifying Termination. With respect to a Participant, means a termination of such Participant's employment (i) by the Company or any Successor Entity (or any of their respective Affiliates) without Cause or (ii) with respect to a Participant who is a party to an individual agreement with the Company or any Successor Entity (or any of their respective Affiliates) that contains a "good reason" or similar definition, by a Participant for Good Reason.
Qualifying Termination. Means a termination of Executive's employment by IAC without Cause (other than as a result of death or Disability) or by Executive for Good Reason.
Qualifying Termination. Means the occurrence of any of the following during the Protection Period: (i) A termination of the Executive's employment by the Employer without Cause; or (ii) Executive's resignation from the Employer with Good Reason.
