Example Definitions of "Qualifying Termination"
Qualifying Termination. An involuntary termination of Executive's employment by Company for reasons other than Cause (and other than on account of Executive's Disability); (ii) a voluntary termination of employment by Executive for Good Reason
Qualifying Termination. Your Separation from Service on account of (i) an involuntary termination by the Company without Cause or (ii) your voluntary resignation for Good Reason, in either case, within six (6) months prior to, or twenty-four (24) months following, a Change of Control.
Qualifying Termination. The Participant's termination of service by the Company without Cause or by the CEO Participant for Good Reason, and, if the termination occurs during a Change of Control Protection Period, by any Participant for Good Reason.
