Restricted Period

Example Definitions of "Restricted Period"
Restricted Period. The period commencing on the date hereof and ending one (1) year subsequent to the termination of the Employee's employment with the Company
Restricted Period. The period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the later to occur of: (i) the expiration or termination of this Agreement, or (ii) ****** after the Commercialization Date in the United States of America; provided, however, that if this Agreement is terminated earlier by St. Jude under the terms of Section 12(b)(iii), then the Restricted Period will end on the date of such termination
Restricted Period. Means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending upon the closing of the Initial Public Offering.
