Restricted Period

Restricted Period. The period commencing on the date hereof and ending one (1) year subsequent to the termination of the Employee's employment with the Company

Restricted Period. The period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the later to occur of: (i) the expiration or termination of this Agreement, or (ii) ****** after the Commercialization Date in the United States of America; provided, however, that if this Agreement is terminated earlier by St. Jude under the terms of Section 12(b)(iii), then the Restricted Period will end on the date of such termination

Restricted Period. Means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending upon the closing of the Initial Public Offering.

Restricted Period. The Term, as defined in the Letter Agreement, plus any period during which the Company is providing the compensation set forth in the Severance Package under Section 4 of the Executive Severance Agreement.

Restricted Period. The period from the date hereof until the date one year after the date of termination of employment of the Management Stockholder

Restricted Period. A period of three (3) years following Closing.

Restricted Period. The period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the last day of the fifteenth (15th) month after termination of Executive's employment

Restricted Period. A period of one year immediately following the date that Employee's employment with the Bank ends. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the one year period is reasonable and appropriate to meet the limited purposes of this Agreement. Periods of noncompliance by the Employee with the restrictive covenants contained herein will be added to the Restricted Period such that the Bank shall receive the benefit of a full year of compliance on the part of the Employee.

Restricted Period. The period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on the date which is five (5) years from the date hereof.

Restricted Period. Means the period commencing on the Termination Date and ending eighteen (18) full calendar months following the Termination Date.
