Restricted Period. As the case may be, (i)the notice period provided for in section 8.1.2; or (ii) two years if the employment of the Employee is terminated pursuant to sections 8.1.1, 8.1.3 or 10

Restricted Period. For purposes of this Agreement, "Restricted Period" will mean the period of time commencing on the date of the termination of Executive's employment and continuing for two (2) years (or in the case of a termination in Connection with a Change of Control continuing for a period equal to one (1) year). In the case of a termination upon the completion of the Initial Term or any Additional Term, as applicable, the term "Restricted Period" will equal one (1) year.

Restricted Period. With respect to any Share of Restricted Stock or any Restricted Stock Unit, the period of time during which such Award is subject to restrictions set forth in Section 9 and the applicable Award Agreement.
