Example Definitions of "Restricted Period"
Restricted Period. Means a period of twelve (12) months which begins on the date of Termination and ends twelve (12) months after the date of Termination.
Restricted Period. The applicable restricted period for the Participant's Tier as set forth on Exhibit A of the Plan.
