Severance Period

Example Definitions of "Severance Period"
Severance Period. The eighteen (18)-month period following the Termination Date; provided that if the Termination Date occurs on or within the one year period following a Change in Control, then the Severance Period shall mean the twenty-four (24)-month period following the Termination Date.
Severance Period. The 12-month period following a Change of Control Termination
Severance Period.
