Example Definitions of "Severance Period"
Severance Period. The applicable period for the Participant's Tier as set forth on Exhibit A.
Severance Period. If a Triggering Event occurs within twenty-four (24) months following a Change of Control, the eighteen (18) month period following the Date of Termination, and, if a Triggering Event occurs at any time other than within twenty-four (24) months following a Change of Control, the twelve (12) month period following the Date of Termination.
Severance Period. The nine (9) month period following the Date of Termination.
Severance Period. The period beginning on the Participant's Separation Date and ending nine months thereafter (or, for the CEO Participant, 12 months thereafter).
Severance Period. Means, with respect to any Participant, the number of months following the Participant's Date of Termination during which the Participant is entitled to the Cash Salary Severance and COBRA Benefits, as determined in accordance with Exhibit A or Exhibit B, as applicable, attached hereto (based on the Participant's Severance Classification).

Means that period of time commencing upon a Participant's termination of employment and ending upon:(i) With respect to a Participant designated in Group A, the first anniversary thereof;(ii) With respect to a Participant designated in Group B, the first anniversary thereof; and(iii) With respect to a Participant designated in Group C, the six (6)-month anniversary thereof.
Severance Period. A number of days equal to (i) one hundred and eighty (180) minus (ii) the number of days during the Transition Period (if any); provided, however, if, following the Notice Date and prior to the scheduled expiration of the Transition Period, (i) the Company Group terminates the Transition Period other than for Cause or (ii) the Executive's employment with the Company Group terminates due to the Executive's death or Disability, the reduction under clause (ii) shall be limited to the number of... days of actual employment with the Company Group during the Transition Period.
