Shares

Shares. Shall mean shares of the Common Stock, any shares into which such Shares may be converted in accordance with Section 11 of the Plan and such other securities or property as may become subject to Awards pursuant to this Plan.

Shares. Shall mean the shares of common stock of the Company, par value $0.01 per share. 2.30.

Shares. Means the shares of the Company's Series B Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock and Common Stock held by the Stockholders.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock and to be purchased in connection with the Offering.

Shares. Shall mean the shares of the Company's Common Stock purchased pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and, with respect to each Purchaser, as listed on Exhibit A hereto.
