Software

Software. Means the Executable Code version of those Vitria software products specified in EXHIBIT 1, and any Updates thereto or other software products made generally available by Vitria to its customers and any Update thereto during the term of this Agreement.

Software. Means all "software" as such term is defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by each Grantor, other than software embedded in any category of Goods, including all computer programs and all supporting information provided in connection with a transaction related to any program. 3 "Supporting Obligations" means all supporting obligations as such term is defined in the UCC.

Software. Shall mean all computer software, programs and databases (including, without limitation, all related applications and data files), firmware and documentation and materials relating thereto, together with any substitutions, replacements, improvements, error corrections, updates and new versions of any of the foregoing, developed, marketed or supported by Debtor.

Software. Means a VERITAS software product in object code form as made available by VERITAS on its Price List.

Software. Means operating system software, databases, communication lines, utility programs and all other items necessary for the proper operation of Customer's information systems and software applications necessary to install and use the Products and receive Support.

Software. Means all software provided by Galileo under this Agreement.

Software. As described in Schedule A which includes all software and related application as well as any data that the Licensor agreed on in the terms of this agreement. And will use the language that is selected on Schedule A. Any additional request from the Licensee on the software development, new games or new marketing systems must have a separate agreement and quote for development.

Software. Means Veraz's proprietary software and/or third party proprietary software licensed to Veraz, embedded in Hardware, or standalone Products ("Standalone Software"), described in an Order, in object code form and Documentation, if any, including any error corrections and updates thereto provided by Veraz to Customer under this Agreement.

Software. Means any Microsoft software or other materials we provide you under this Master Agreement.

Software. Shall have the meaning as ascribed to it in the Software License Agreement.
