Software

Software. Means (i) the computer programming code and accompanying documentation, including updates (if any), provided by Wind River under this Agreement, and (ii) all Permitted Modifications thereto and full or partial copies thereof, whether such modifications or copies are provided by Wind River or made by Customer as permitted under this Agreement. The definition of Software includes without limitation the Operating System, Tools, Source Code, or any combination of these.

Software. Has the meaning set forth in the UCC.

Software. Shall mean the most current version of the family of software modules providing comprehensive software support for pharmaceutical services, including certain third party software, as more particularly described in Exhibit B attached hereto, together with SCS Enhancements that may be provided to Licensee as provided in Section 7 below, together with "Joint Enhancements" that may be developed pursuant to the terms of the Software Development Agreement between the parties.

Software. Shall mean the software products described in Exhibit A to this Agreement, together with any additions, modifications or enhancements thereto provided by CRAY under the terms of this Agreement.

Means (i) the Verizon Proprietary Software in all forms (including Object Code and Source Code), including any documentation thereto, in the form and content as it exists within Licensor on the Effective Date or, if it was licensed under the SDLA, in the form and content as it was required to be provided to Licensee by Licensor pursuant to the terms of the SDLA; and (ii) all Permitted Modifications to the Verizon Proprietary Software (including documentation), including any updates, patches,... bug fixes, new releases or other modifications to the Verizon Proprietary Software and Permitted Modifications made by or for Licensee pursuant to the SDLA or this SLA. Software. The term "Software" shall refer to the two RadView proprietary applications, WebLOAD and WebFT, identified in Exhibit A hereto.

Software. Means the computer software programs provided or to be provided by Subcontractor under this Agreement, including the Software, any Software Upgrade, Software Feature Enhancement and any related Documentation.

Software. Shall mean the object code version of the proprietary computer programs of Fidelity that may be identified in a Schedule and/or Attachment as being licensed to Customer pursuant to the terms of such Schedule and/or Attachment.
