Sublicensee

Sublicensee. Any corporation, entity, or person to whom Company has granted a sublicense of some or all of its rights under Section 2(a) of this Agreement.

Sublicensee. Any Third Party to which Licensee has directly or indirectly (i.e., through multiple tiers of sublicense) granted a Sublicense

Sublicensee. Means any person or entity (including any Affiliate) to which any of the license rights granted to the Licensee hereunder are granted a sublicense or an option to a sublicense.

Sublicensee. Means any person or entity (including any Affiliate) to which any of the license rights granted to the Licensee hereunder are granted a sublicense or an option to a sublicense. For the avoidance of doubt, Sublicensees shall include those persons or entities granted rights through multiple tiers of sublicensing.

Sublicensee. Any Entity that enters into an agreement or arrangement with Company, or receives from Company a license grant or option for license grant under any Foundational IP, to exercise any of the rights granted to Company by Flagship hereunder (such agreement, arrangement, or license herein referred to as a "Sublicense"), including to Exploit a Licensed Product, subject to the then-current applicable article, item, service, technology, and technical data-specific requirements of the U.S. export Laws

Sublicensee. Any third party to whom the Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement. However, an Affiliate of the Company exercising rights under this Agreement will not be considered a Sublicensee.

Sublicensee. Any non-AFFILIATE entity granted a SUBLICENSE pursuant to this Agreement Any permitted assignee pursuant to Section 10 shall not constitute a SUBLICENSEE.

Sublicensee. Any Third Party that Repare grants a sublicense or any other right, license, privilege or immunity, or an option to acquire such a right, under the License, including but not limited to the right to make, have made, use, have used, develop, have developed, sell or have sold Licensed Products. For avoidance of doubt, purchasers of Licensed Products are not Sublicensees solely by virtue of making such purchase.

Sublicensee. Means an unaffiliated third Person who enters into a written agreement with LICENSEE for the right to use the Licensed Orphan Designations, the Licensed IND, Existing Study Data, or Licensed Know-How within the scope of rights granted according to this Agreement to undertake development of Licensed Product (a) in place of LICENSEE in the United States and/or in any country or jurisdiction outside of the United States, or (b) in conjunction with LICENSEE as part of a co-development agreement.

Sublicensee. Means a person that is granted a sublicense, in whole or in part, by wize under this agreement.
