Sublicensee

Sublicensee. A Third Party to whom Mayfield or its Affiliate has granted a sublicense, immunity or other right under the Licensed Patent Rights to offer to sell, sell or otherwise commercialize one or more Products, provided such sublicense has not expired or been terminated

Sublicensee. Means any person or entity (including any Affiliate) that has entered into a Sublicense with Licensee.

Sublicensee. Shall mean a person or entity that receives a sublicense of part or all of the rights granted to Licensee under the Licensed Technology as referred to in Section 6.

Sublicensee. Shall mean any Person, and their respective sublicensees, to whom a sublicense is granted pursuant to Section 5.2.

Sublicensee. Shall mean a Third Party to which a Party has granted a sublicense to develop, manufacture, use or sell a Product in any country, pursuant to Section 6.1, 6.2, and 6.4.

Sublicensee. Shall mean a Third Party to which Kissei has granted a sublicense to develop, use or sell the Product in the Territory, or who acts as a distributor of Kissei for the resale of any Product to the trade in the Territory, pursuant to Section 5.3.

Sublicensee. Shall mean any third party licensed by Searle to make, use (except where the implied right to use accompanies the sale to the third party of any Royalty-Bearing Product by Searle or its Sublicensees), sell, import, export, advertise, promote and otherwise commercialize any Royalty-Bearing Product.
