Sublicensee
Sublicensee. A Non-affiliate to whom Licensee has granted a sublicense, subject to the terms of this Agreement, under the Licensed ODURF Patents, the Jointly-Derived Patents, the Licensor-Derived Patents or the Other ODURF Patents, which are licensed under this Agreement and any Related Know-How to make, use, sell, offer to sell, practice, exploit, dispose or otherwise commercialize Licensed Product.
