Sublicensee

Sublicensee. Has the meaning given by Clause 3.2.3.

Sublicensee. Means an entity other than an Affiliate of Fusion to which Fusion (or its Affiliate) has granted sublicense rights under any of the rights granted by UH to Fusion under this Agreement. "Sublicense" shall be construed accordingly.

Sublicensee. A THIRD PARTY receiving a SUBLICENSE under this AGREEMENT.

Sublicensee. Any party, other than an Affiliate, that obtains a right to develop, have developed, assemble, use, market, have marketed, sell, have sold, distribute, and export the Products pursuant to Section 2.3 by entering into an agreement or arrangement with Licensee

Sublicensee. A Third Party to which BMS or ICAgen, as the case may be, has granted sublicense and/or sub-sublicense rights under the licenses and/or sublicenses granted to such Party hereunder.

Sublicensee. Sublicensee. Any third party to whom Licensee has granted a sublicense under the Patent Rights to make and sell Licensed Products or use a Licensed Process.

Sublicensee. The same as set forth in the License Agreement, but shall also include any licensee of Assignee of the Licensed Subject Matter or Patent Rights after the Effective Date of this Assignment Agreement

Sublicensee. A Third Party to whom Company or any of its Affiliates grants an express license or sublicense under Research Program Intellectual Property Rights to develop or commercialize Products, provided that the term "Sublicensee" does not include any wholesaler or third party distributor who resells a Product purchased from Company or any of its Affiliates or other Sublicensees in final finished form (but not necessarily final packaged and labeled form)

Sublicensee. Means any sublicensee(s) of the rights granted to Licensee under this Agreement.
