Target Bonus

Target Bonus. Shall mean the Executive's target bonus under the operative discretionary bonus plan (i.e., 3Bonus, Management Incentive Plan, etc., which shall not include any other variable compensation such as commission), assuming "on target" satisfaction of all objective or subjective performance goals.

Target Bonus. Shall mean with respect to any Company fiscal year, the amount of cash compensation that would be payable to Executive under the Bonus Plan for such year, computed assuming that the level of performance with respect to a performance goal identified in accordance with the terms of the Bonus Plan as the "target" level of performance has been achieved. Target Bonus. Means the Executive's annual target bonus opportunity payable upon deemed achievement of 100% of applicable performance criteria.

Target Bonus. With respect to any fiscal year of the Company, the target annual bonus, assuming achievement of 100% of target, under the applicable Company annual incentive plan, (currently known as the Management Incentive Plan) for Executive for such year, but shall exclude any bonus payable under the Long Term Cash Incentive Plan or its equivalent.

Target Bonus. With respect to a Participant for any Plan Year the bonus opportunity for the Participant in such Plan Year on account of services rendered to the Company during the immediately preceding Plan Year. The Target Bonus is expressed as a percentage of the Participant's base salary in effect at the beginning of the Plan Year.

Target Bonus. For any year means your total cash target, but not maximum, bonus for that year, on the assumption that the Company has achieved, but not exceeded, all applicable performance targets and that you have achieved, but not exceeded, all applicable individual performance criteria.

Target Bonus. Means an amount equal to the target bonus Executive would have received for the fiscal year that ends on or immediately after the Date of Termination, assuming the Company achieved the target levels for which a bonus is paid under the Company's annual bonus plan then in effect.

Target Bonus. The Executive's annual target Bonus in effect immediately prior to the date on which the Termination Notice was delivered to the Executive.

Target Bonus. Means the Executive's target bonus for the then current fiscal year, as set by the Board or the appropriate committee thereof.

Target Bonus. The Executive's target bonus for the fiscal year ending on or about December 31, 2009, as set by the Board or the appropriate committee thereof.
