Example Definitions of "Target Bonus"
Target Bonus. With respect to any fiscal year of the Company, the target annual bonus, assuming achievement of 100% of target(s), under the applicable Company annual cash incentive plan, (currently known as the Amended and Restated Management Incentive Plan) for Executive for such year
Target Bonus. Shall mean the Executive's fiscal year target bonus opportunity.
Target Bonus. Participant's annual target bonus as established by the Company in connection with the Company's short-term incentive program and in effect on the Termination Date.
Target Bonus. 112.5% of the Executive's annual Base Salary in effect at the time of termination; provided that, for purposes of Section 6(c), Target Bonus means 112.5% of the greater of (i) the Executive's annual Base Salary in effect at the time of termination or (ii) the Executive's annual Base Salary in effect at the effective date of the Change of Control.
Target Bonus. The Covered Executive's target annual cash bonus as determined by the Company for the year of termination (or prior year, if a target has not yet been set for the year of termination)
Target Bonus. Executive's target annual cash bonus for the year in which the Qualifying Termination occurs.
Target Bonus. With respect to the year in which an Executive's Termination Date occurs, the cash bonus such Executive would be entitled to receive under the Company's annual cash bonus plan if all performance measures thereunder were satisfied at 'target' levels, as determined by the Committee
Target Bonus. Shall mean that percentage of the Employee's base salary that is prescribed by the Company under its Management Bonus Program as the percentage of such base salary payable to the Company as a bonus if the Company pays bonuses at one-hundred percent (100%) of its operating plan.
Target Bonus. Means the annual target bonus applicable to the Executive for a given year. In the case of the Good Reason definition, it refers to the annual target bonus established by the Company for the Executive starting in 2015. For the sake of clarity, "Good Reason" to terminate shall not exist with respect to the setting of the Executive's Target Bonus in 2015, even if such Target Bonus is lower than that for 2014.
Target Bonus. Means the target bonus under NMG's annual incentive bonus program(s).
