Target Bonus

Example Definitions of "Target Bonus"
Target Bonus. Means 85% of Base Salary, payable if targeted level of performance is achieved as established under NMG's annual incentive programs.
Target Bonus. The Covered Employee's target annual cash bonus in effect as of the Date of Termination (or, if higher, the Covered Employee's target annual cash bonus in effect immediately prior to a Change in Control).
Target Bonus. The maximum value of an Award a Participant may be entitled to earn during a Plan Year, which shall be the lesser of (i) a Participant's Target Bonus Percentage multiplied by the Participant's Base Pay or (ii) $5 million.
Target Bonus. The target value of a Participant's Award for a Plan Year, which shall be the lesser of (i) the Participant's Target Bonus Percentage multiplied by the Participant's Base Pay or (ii) $5 million.
