Termination

Termination. Shall mean the Grantee ceasing to be employed by the Company and its Subsidiaries for any reason whatsoever (including by reason of death, disability or adjudicated incompetency).

Termination. Termination of Executive's employment with the Bank for any reason or no reason

Termination. Means Executive's termination of employment from the Company and each parent, affiliate and Subsidiary thereof, at any time, for any or no reason; provided, however, that if any amount or benefit under this Agreement that is deferred compensation for purposes of Code Section 409A is to be distributed on a Termination, then the definition of Termination for such purposes shall comply with the definition of "separation from service" provided in Code Section 409A.

Termination. A "separation from service" as defined in Treasury Regulation §1.409A-1(h) by a Participant with the Company and all its Affiliates

Termination. Cessation of the Agreement by whatever means, including, without limitation, forfeiture, cancellation, and end of the term.
