Termination. Termination. Means termination of Executive's employment with the Employer following the Effective Date and prior to the end of the Employment Period either: (i) by the Employer, other than a Termination for Cause or a termination as a result of Executive's death or Disability; or (ii) by Executive for Good Reason.
