Example Definitions of "UCC"
UCC. Means Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time (including after July 1, 2001) in the State of Colorado.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in the State of Florida or other applicable jurisdiction, as amended at the time in question. To the extent that a defined term used herein is also defined in the UCC then if the definition given to such term in this Security Agreement conflicts with the definition given to such term in the UCC, this Security Agreement definition shall control to the extent legally allowable.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of Delaware.
UCC. Means, unless otherwise specified by the state, the Uniform Commercial Code of Washington and, where so specified, the Uniform Commercial Code in that state. Any term used in the UCC and not defined in this Security Agreement has the meaning given to the term in the UCC.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the State at the date on which a determination thereunder is to be made.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as the same may, from time to time, be in effect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; provided, however, in the event that, by reason of mandatory provisions of law, any or all of the attachment, perfection or priority of Secured Party's security interest in any Collateral is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the term "UCC" shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in... such other jurisdiction for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such attachment, perfection of priority and for purposes of definitions related to such provisions. In addition, the following terms shall be defined terms having the meaning set forth for such terms in the UCC (definition sections of the UCC are noted parenthetically): "ACCOUNT DEBTOR" (9-105(1)(a)); "ACCOUNTS" (9-106); "CHATTEL PAPER" (9-105(1)(b)); "DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS" (9-105(e)); "DOCUMENTS" (9-105(1)(f)); "EQUIPMENT" (9-109(2)); "FINANCIAL ASSETS" (8-102(a)(9)); "FIXTURES" (9-313(1)(a)); "GENERAL INTANGIBLES" (9-106); "INSTRUMENTS" (9-105(1)(i)); "INVENTORY" (9-109(4)); "INVESTMENT PROPERTY" (9-115(1)(f); "PROCEEDS" (9-306(1)). UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York, as amended and in effect as to the date hereof and from time to time.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the date hereof in the State of Oklahoma as hereinafter amended, modified or re-enacted from time to time.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of California and State of Delaware from time to time, as applicable.
UCC. Or "UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE" means the Uniform Commercial Code from time to time in effect in the State of New York.
