Example Definitions of "UCC"
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of Arizona
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the date hereof in the relevant jurisdiction and as amended from time to time hereafter.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code (or any similar or equivalent legislation) as in effect in any applicable jurisdiction
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of Nevada from time to time.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the State of Minnesota, or in any other state whose laws are held to govern this Agreement or any portion of this Agreement.

(a) the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted and in effect from time to time in Texas, and (b) if the UCC provides that the law of another jurisdiction governs certain matters, then, in respect of such matters, the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted and in effect from time to time in such jurisdiction
