Voting Stock
Voting Stock. Shall mean any class or series of the capital stock of the Company, the holders of which are entitled to participate generally in the election of directors of the Company, including, but not limited to, any capital stock of the Company.
Voting Stock. Shall mean all classes of capital stock or other interests (including partnership interests) of an entity then outstanding and entitled to vote in the election of directors, managers or trustees thereof, excluding the votes of capital stock or other interests having such entitlement only upon the happening of a contingency.
