Voting Stock

Voting Stock. Means shares of capital stock of the Company the holders of which are entitled to vote for the election of directors, but excluding shares entitled to so vote only upon the occurrence of a contingency unless that contingency shall have occurred.

Voting Stock. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble. Voting Stock when used with reference to any Person other than the Company shall mean the capital stock (or equity interest) with the greatest voting power of such other Person or, if such other Person is a Subsidiary of another Person, the Person or Persons which ultimately control such first-mentioned Person.

Voting Stock. All the outstanding shares of capital stock of Company entitled to vote generally in elections for directors, considered as one class; provided, however, that if Company has shares of Voting Stock entitled to more or less than one vote for any such share, each reference to a proportion of shares of Voting Stock shall be deemed to refer to such proportion of the votes entitled to be cast by such shares.

Voting Stock. When used with reference to any Person, means Capital Stock (however designated) of such Person having ordinary voting power for the election of a majority of the members of the board of directors (or other governing body) of such Person, other than Capital Stock having such power only by reason of the happening of a contingency

Voting Stock. Shall mean all outstanding shares of capital stock entitled to vote generally in the election of directors, considered for purposes of this Agreement as one class, and all references to percentages of the voting stock shall be deemed to be references to percentages of the total voting power of the voting stock.

Voting Stock. Means all outstanding shares of capital stock of the Company entitled to vote generally in an election of directors; provided, however, that if the Company has shares of Voting Stock entitled to more or less than one vote per share, each reference to a proportion of the issued and outstanding shares of Voting Stock shall be deemed to refer to the proportion of the aggregate votes entitled to be cast by the issued and outstanding shares of Voting Stock.

Voting Stock. Means capital stock (or other equity interests) of any class or classes of the Company, the holders of which are ordinarily, in the absence of contingencies, entitled to vote in the election of corporate directors (or individuals performing similar functions) of the Company or which permit the holders thereof to control the management of the Company.

Voting Stock. (kk) "Voting Stock" means securities entitled to vote generally in the election of directors.

Voting Stock. Any securities entitled to vote generally in the election of directors of such Person, or any direct or indirect rights or options or warrants to acquire any such securities or any securities convertible or exercisable into or exchangeable for such securities, including without limitation, the Company's currently outstanding convertible notes, whether or not such securities are so convertible, exercisable or exchangeable at the time of determination.

Voting Stock. Shares of the Company Common Stock and any other securities of the Company having the ordinary power to vote in the election of members of the Board of Directors of the Company and any securities convertible, exchangeable for or otherwise exercisable to acquire voting securities.
