Voting Stock
Voting Stock. Means shares of capital stock of the Company the holders of which are entitled to vote for the election of directors, but excluding shares entitled to so vote only upon the occurrence of a contingency unless that contingency shall have occurred.
Voting Stock. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble. Voting Stock when used with reference to any Person other than the Company shall mean the capital stock (or equity interest) with the greatest voting power of such other Person or, if such other Person is a Subsidiary of another Person, the Person or Persons which ultimately control such first-mentioned Person.
