Bonus

Bonus. The greater of: (i) the cash value of the most recent annual bonus actually earned (whether payable or paid in cash, stock or a combination of both) by the Executive pursuant to a Bonus Arrangement; or (ii) for each of the Company's fiscal years 2014 and 2015, One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,500,000.00).

Bonus. Means a cash bonus in the pre-tax amount of US$450,000; and

Bonus. Means an amount equal to the average of the bonuses awarded to Executive for each of the three (3) fiscal years prior to the date of Executive's termination of employment, or such lesser number of years as may be applicable if Executive has not been employed for three (3) full years on the date of Executive's termination of employment. For purposes of determining Executive's "Bonus," to the extent Executive received no bonus in a year due to a failure to meet the applicable performance... objectives, such year will still be taken into account (using zero (0) as the applicable bonus) in determining Executive's "Bonus" for purposes of Section 4. Further, for any year in which the Executive received less than the Executive's maximum potential bonus because the Executive's employment with the Company began after January 1 of that year, the bonus for that year shall be annualized as part of the Bonus calculation hereunder. Bonus. A cash payment made pursuant to the Plan

Bonus. The Participant's target annual cash bonus for the year in which the Participant's employment is terminated

Bonus. Any bonus payable to a Participant by the Company under the Employee Incentive Bonus Plan, or any other bonus plan for the benefit of the Participants that is approved by the Board.

Bonus. Bonus. An amount equal to the highest annual cash bonus paid or payable to Executive by the Company during the two-year period prior to Executive's termination of employment.

Bonus. The bonus payable to an Eligible Employee pursuant to the Employer's corporate bonus program

Bonus. Two times the annual target amount of the bonus, expressed as a percentage of Base Salary, for which Employee is eligible as of the Termination Date under the annual bonus plan sponsored by the Company.
