Example Definitions of "Bonus"
Bonus. A payment subject to the provisions of this Plan
Bonus. Shall mean your annual bonus opportunity for the Fiscal Year.
Bonus. Shall mean the target compensation amount for the fiscal year of termination under any cash incentive program approved for the year of termination as applicable to the Employee.
Bonus. An amount equal to one-half of the total of all cash bonuses (whether paid or deferred) awarded to Executive by the Company with respect to (i) the two most recent calendar years ending prior to Executive's termination of employment or (ii) if greater, the two most recent calendar years ending prior to the Change of Control.
Bonus. Any compensation (including without limitation Performance-Based Compensation) that is payable to a Participant under any incentive pay or commissions program other than with respect to Stock Units or those programs designated by the Company as ineligible for deferral under the Plan.

Bonus. The payout amount earned by a Participant under a short-term (annual) or long-term incentive plan of the Company, but only to the extent the award is not stock or stock-related and is payable in cash.
