Example Definitions of "Bonus"
Bonus. A bonus earned by a Participant under the Plan for any Performance Period.
Bonus. Means the actual annual cash incentive awards paid to a Participant for a particular performance year.
Bonus. In addition to the Base Salary, Employee shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus (the "Bonus") in such amounts up to 80% of Base Salary, as shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Board of the Company following the end of each fiscal year. Additionally, Employee will be paid a one-time bonus of $50,000, split into two payments of $25,000 to be paid on the six and twelve month anniversary of the IPO.
Bonus. In addition to the Base Salary, Employee shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus (the "Bonus") in such amounts up to 40% of Base Salary, as shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Board of the Company following the end of each fiscal year.
Bonus. (whether or not capitalized) means any bonus to which the Executive is entitled pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Bonus. Means the cash compensation earned by a Participant pursuant to the terms of the Plan.
Bonus. With respect to all Employees, means the amount of such Employee's annual compensation, other than such Employee's Base Compensation, which is designated by the Company as "bonus" compensation.
Bonus. Means the right granted to an Employee under the Program and his respective Retention Award Agreement to receive a cash bonus in the amount and under the terms, conditions and limitations that the Special Committee establishes.
Bonus. A cash payment or award of Restricted Stock Units to a Participant, which may be in addition to Base Pay, made pursuant to the Plan with respect to a particular Performance Period. The amount of a Bonus may be less than or equal to the Bonus Potential.
Bonus. Means the bonus to which an Employee is entitled under a bonus arrangement established by the Committee under the Plan.
