Example Definitions of "Bonus"
Bonus. Shall mean the average of the actual bonuses paid or payable to the Executive under any Company annual incentive compensation plans for the three consecutive fiscal year period immediately prior to the year in which the Change in Control occurs.
Bonus. A cash payment, which may be an addition to Base Pay made pursuant to the Plan with respect to a particular Performance Period. The amount of a Bonus may be less than, equal to, or greater than the Target Bonus; provided, however, that a Bonus shall not be greater than an amount equal to three hundred percent (300%) of the Target Bonus.
Bonus. The discretionary annual cash incentive based performance bonus that may be paid to Company employees each year by the Company for attaining certain Company and/or individual performance goals
Bonus. Means the product of (a) Executive's target annual bonus percentage as approved by the Board under the Company's annual bonus plan (as described in Section 3(b) hereof) that is in effect as of the date of Executive's termination of employment (or in the case of Section 4(d)(ii)(B)(2), Executive's target annual bonus percentage as of a Change of Control, if greater) and (b) Executive's then-current base salary (as described in Section 3(a) hereof).
Bonus. The payout amount earned by a Participant under an incentive plan of the Company, but only to the extent the award is payable in cash.
Bonus. Any discretionary cash bonus to which the Executive is entitled.
Bonus. Means the Asset Bonus and/or Longevity Bonus under the Financial Advisor Compensation Program credited to the Participant's Account pursuant to Section 6.01.

Bonus.
