Bonus

Bonus. Shall mean the greater of either (i) the current year target annual bonus amount or (ii) the previous year's actual bonus amount.

Bonus. Shall mean any annual incentive bonus to which a Participant becomes entitled pursuant to the Plan; the establishment of a "target Bonus" with respect to a Participant pursuant to Section 4(a) hereof does not, by itself, entitle the Participant to payment of any Bonus hereunder; a Bonus must be earned and become payable pursuant to other provisions hereof.

Bonus. Means the average of the annual bonus (based on pre-tax earnings and return on equity objectives) paid or payable to the Executive for the two calendar years immediately preceding the year in which there is an Involuntary Termination.

Bonus. Means cash or Company stock paid to a Participant under the Plan for the Bonus Year in an amount determined in accordance with the terms hereof. Bonus. Means the amount payable to the Executive under any plan, or agreement offered by Polaroid.
