Bonus

Bonus. A cash payment made pursuant to this Plan with respect to a particular Performance Period, as determined pursuant to Section 8 below

Bonus. Amount equal to the Key Employee's estimated bonus (using the target bonus as a guide) for the full fiscal year in which the termination occurs as adjusted to reflect the extent to which Key Employee has or has not met the performance criteria for any completed fiscal quarters in such year (and any interim period where determinable) as determined by the Committee, subject to adjustment by the Committee as it determines appropriate in its sole discretion.

Bonus. The annual cash incentive paid to a Participant under this STIP for a fiscal year of the Company

Bonus. The Participant's target annual cash incentive compensation award for the year in which the Qualifying Termination occurs, as of immediately prior to the Qualifying Termination, ignoring the effect of any reduction in base salary that forms the basis for Good Reason.

Bonus. The annual or quarterly bonuses payable pursuant to the Company's Management Incentive Plan or such other plan that provides for the payment of incentive bonuses as may be, from time to time, authorized by the Board

Bonus. For any Covered Employee, the target annual bonus established by the compensation committee of the Board that the employee was eligible to earn for the year in which the Covered Termination occurs (or for the year in which the Change in Control occurs, if greater), without regard to whether the performance goals applicable to such bonus had been established or satisfied at the date of termination of employment.

Bonus. Any Common Stock bonus issued pursuant to the provisions of this Plan

Bonus. For any calendar year, such amount or amounts as are payable whether actually paid or deferred, to a Participant under any incentive award or bonus program provided by the Employer that the Committee designates prior to the start of such calendar year.

Bonus. With respect to any participant, such participant's target annual bonus for any plan period as specified on Schedule 3 hereto (or, if applicable, any increase to such percentage that may be approved by the Company's Board of Directors from time to time)
