Example Definitions of "Bonus"
Bonus. A Participant's actual bonus for a Plan Year.
Bonus. Awards under the MIC Plan or a New MIC Plan
Bonus. The greater of: (a) the annual average of the Executive's bonus paid to the Executive with respect to the two (2) calendar years prior to Executive's termination of employment with the Company or (b) the Executive's target bonus for the year of such termination of employment.
