Bonus

Example Definitions of "Bonus"
Bonus. Shall mean a sum equal to the average of the Executive's annual bonuses paid by the Company in 2003, 2004 and 2005 by March 31, 2005.
Bonus. Means the Participant's target bonus opportunity determined immediately prior to the Effective Date under the Company's annual bonus plan.
Bonus. Shall mean the grant of shares of Common Stock.
Bonus. Shall mean the grant of shares of Common Stock pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan.
Bonus. The amount payable to the Executive pursuant to one or more of the Company's incentive compensation plans as in effect prior to the occurrence of a Standstill Period.
Bonus. Means the Executive's target performance bonus for the fiscal year in which the Executive's termination of employment occurs or, if higher, the Executive's target performance bonus for the fiscal year in which a Change in Control occurs.
Bonus. Means the Executive's Target Bonus (as defined in the Employment Agreement) for the fiscal year in which the Executive's termination of employment occurs or, if higher, the Executive's Target Bonus for the fiscal year in which a Change in Control occurs.
Bonus. Shall mean the benefits paid to Eligible Employees under this Plan.
Bonus. Means a cash payment made pursuant to this Plan with respect to a particular Performance Period, determined pursuant to Section 8 below; provided, however, a Bonus shall not be greater than an amount equal to two hundred percent (200%) of the Bonus Target.
Bonus. Means the amount earned by a Participant under the Employer's annual Management Incentive Compensation Plan for a particular Plan Year.
