Bonus

Example Definitions of "Bonus"
Bonus. Means the amount earned by a Participant under the Employer's annual Performance Incentive Plan.
Bonus. Shall mean a lump sum payment equal to the amount of salary reductions from November 1, 2009 through the Triggering Event. The lump sum payment may be in the form of cash, freely trading stock, or equivalent as declared by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion.
Bonus. Shall mean any bonus amount awarded to a Participant under the terms of the Plan.
Bonus. The amount payable to the Executive under the Company's applicable annual cash incentive bonus plan with respect to a fiscal year.
Bonus. Means the amount payable to the Participant by any Employer under any bonus plan or arrangement or any other performance compensation plan, program or arrangement under which the Company pays an amount of cash remuneration to an Employee above such Employee's Salary.
Bonus. Means an annual bonus in cash under the Bonus Plan, or any comparable bonus under any predecessor or successor plan or program.
Bonus. Shall mean a Participant's Target Bonus; provided, however, that in the event the Price Per Share is less than or equal to $2.50, Bonus shall mean 75% of such Target Bonus and in the event the Price Per Share is greater than $4.50, Bonus shall mean 125% of such Target Bonus.
Bonus. Means a restricted stock or performance share award made pursuant to the Plan with respect to a particular Performance Period, determined pursuant to Section 8 below.
Bonus. Means any Common Stock bonus issued pursuant to the provisions of this Plan.
