Compensation

Compensation. The annualized base salary of a Participant determined as of each August 1 of the year in question, plus the amount of the annual cash bonus paid by the Company to the Participant in such year as compensation for the prior year's services. Compensation. All base straight time gross earnings plus payments for overtime, shift premiums and sales commissions, but excluding incentive compensation, incentive payments, bonuses, awards, and other compensation.

Compensation. Compensation. The term "Compensation" means the regular salary, overtime pay and any bonus during any Plan Year; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the amount credited to the Supplemental Retirement Accounts under Sections 5 and 6 hereof, the Compensation of each Participant shall include such Participant's Before-Tax Contributions under the RSP, and such term shall not be limited to the maximum amount of the Participant's Compensation taken into consideration for purposes of the RSP.
